It’s true that he is unprepared for the White House but he’s decades early.

Being late is a definite sign of rudeness and superiority. That is one of the things I liked about President Bush—he was always punctual. Bill Clinton did the same thing as Obama.

Being late is a definite sign of rudeness and superiority. It's also a sign of possible drug use. Could it be that the pressures of office have driven him back to his old, admitted habit(s)?
It would be hilarious to see a coke spoon fall out of his pocket one of these days.
