I honestly can't imagine what she hopes to gain, if anything. McCain didn't even support her while she was his own running mate, for cryin' out loud. Does she think this will make him return the support at some point?
I just don't get it.

If we can get rid of McCain in this primary, she won’t have to worry about supporting him any longer. That’s probably the nicest gift we could ever give Palin, not to mention the USA.

Well, at least you’re honest and not making ridiculous excuses for her...some of which are beyond the pale.
Of course, most folks around here hate McCain, therefore, few are willing to entertain the possibility that Sarah actually CHOSE to accept the invitation to join his ticket and now actually CHOOSES to support/endorse him and raise funds for him...because she ACTUALLY AGREES WITH HIM.
Loyalty is not logic, its emotion. Irritating as heck. McCain’s support — even if wholehearted one day, what would it be worth?
