FWIW: Hitler was never elected. To anything. The Nazi Party never received even close to a winning plurality, much less a majority. Hitler was appointed chancellor by President Hindenburg, who had beaten Hitler decisively in the elections. After that came the Reichstag fire, and the rest of Germany's morbid history.

The simple solution is that this actor should just move to Venezuela, and maybe start his own movie company there. I'm sure he would have complete ‘artistic freedom’ to make any kind of movie he wanted. I'm sure Chavez would let him have compete freedom of speech. He'd be much more free than in the tyrannical United States. Surely, whatever profits he might make would also be much safer there. Chavez would never take money or possessions away from those who earned them.
