No, they have it confused. Conservatives told McCain and Rommney to blow them.

Well, all the GOP heroes are supporting McLame. Makes you wonder doesn’t it?

Well, all the GOP heroes are supporting McLame. Makes you wonder doesnt it?McCain's defeat is a threat to the entire GOP establishment. If McCain can be defeated by the Tea Party rebellion, then so can any of them, at any time.
That's why they--well, most of them, anyways--are standing behind McCain.

"Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, perhaps Hayworth's highest-profile ally in the state, previously was Romney's honorary Arizona campaign chairman, going so far as to stump for Romney and against McCain in the key early presidential-race states of Iowa and New Hampshire. Arpaio said Romney's decision to back McCain won't diminish his respect for him.
Meanwhile, a Facebook group called "Mitt Romney Supporters for J.D. Hayworth" as of late Friday had 137 members, including Hayworth himself."
Interesting...

Please point out to me where Palin has renounced McLame and is supporting JD?
I would like this if it were true.

Romney is OUT!
Strike 1: Romney is a mormon.
Strike 2: Romney is a RINO.
Strike 3: Romney changes his political views based on the direction of the wind.
Romney is OUT!

“McCain’s defeat is a threat to the entire GOP establishment.”
You need some perspective. And you coming from VA when Webb beat Allen meant nothing?

Mitt Romney's pick of John McCain a blow to J.D. Hayworth camp
I don't think so, only if the Hayworth camp is comprised of Log Cabin Republicans, which it definitely is NOT.

Romney just wrote his political death certificate. In the climate of today that is the stupidest move a republican could make.
To: NoRedTape
remember when the field was dwindling in the presidential primary Ann Coulter came out and supported Romney over McCain and was applauded for it

Excuse me .. I never said she had renounced McCain - so don’t put words in my mouth. Actually, Palin is more ideologically aligned with Hayworth, but I agree she does have a sense of owing McCain .. since he did launch her onto the national stage.
However, I don’t see Palin running out there to be the face of McCain’s campaign either. And .. I don’t believe his campaign workers are that keen on having her around .. espeically since she outed them in her book.
I’m betting that if Hayworth gets the nomination, Palin will support him by actively campaigning for him.

He is running for the Ohio Governor’s seat with Mary Taylor (for Lieutenant Governor). There is no reason he could run for President if called to do so.
Ohio is between Indiana and Pennsylvania on the Canadian border.

Maricopa County’s sheriff, Joe Arpaio is four years older than McCain. But let me guess. You wouldn’t hold to your opinion that he was too old.

“That isn’t stopping Hayworth supporters, though, and the support by Romney of McCain will sway SOME of the mormon voters in AZ, but probably not all of them.”
This one won’t be swayed. I loathe both Romney and McLame.

Palin owes McLame nothing. She did her job during the campaign, a fine job at that. McLame would have lost a really humiliating defeat had she not have been on the ticket. If I remember right, she was a Governor of Alaska.
However McLame is a politician, he would know as well as anyone why it is not good for her to back him.
