In interviews with the AP, at least nine of the 39 Democrats - or their spokesmen - either declined to state their positions or said they were undecided about the revised legislation, making them likely targets for intense wooing by Pelosi and Obama. Three of them - Brian Baird of Washington, Bart Gordon of Tennessee and John Tanner of Tennessee - are not seeking re-election this fall.
The others are Rick Boucher of Virginia, Suzanne Kosmas of Florida, Frank Kratovil of Maryland, Michael McMahon of New York, Scott Murphy of New York and Glenn Nye of Virginia. Several lawmakers' offices did not reply to the AP queries.

I think this is propaganda and it’s being recycled, to boot. Why does it matter. 9 no’s are considering no? Don’t they know 12 yes’s are going to vote no. No way their switch from no to yes can change the outcome, it would seem.
So who doesn’t know that any number of dems voted NO the last time in order to scam their constituents? After the exact vote count was known, those in more conservative districts were permitted to vote no...it happens every day in the house for goodness sake. So why would this surprise anybody??!!
Correction:

Quote: "One Stab: It was those who loved him who died young. He was the rock they broke themselves against".
And make no mistake, those voting YES on this bill WILL find themselves broken beyond repair.
We vote.

These nine were always yes votes if needed, this is just a show. They were “allowed” to vote no the first time for political cover back home. It’s more proof there’s no such thing as a moderate or conservative democrat.
I was in DC this week doing some lobbying. That isn’t germane to what I am about to tell you. When the Rat’s get their asses’ handed to them on 11/2/10, there are two things that are going to occur.
First, in a Lame Duck ( ass) session, the Rats will increase the Federal Gas tax from 18.4 cents per gallon (cpg) to 48.4 cpg. Couple that with the end of the Bush tax cuts of about 4.0% and you havea huge tax increase. As O’bummer said, if you make less than $250,000.00 per year, you would not see a dime increase in your taxes. LIAR
Exactly, this is a show, those votes were always there if Pelosi needed them.
We have to make sure we can override any O’bummer veto. That is the key.
This trial balloon was floated about a week ago.
What they don’t say is how many that voted Yes last time will vote No this time around.

TRI CARE FOR LIFE This from a google search:
http://economicspolitics.blogspot.com/2009/05/tricare-for-life-is-obama-trying-to.html
This option would help reduce the costs of TFL, as well as costs for Medicare, by introducing minimum out-of pocket requirements for beneficiaries. Under this option, TFL would not cover any of the first $525 of an enrollees cost-sharing liabilities for calendar year 2011 and would limit coverage to 50 percent of the next $4,725 in Medicare cost sharing that the beneficiary incurred. (Because all further cost sharing would be covered by TFL, enrollees could not pay more than $2,888 in cost sharing in that year.) http://www.cbo.gov/ftpdocs/99xx/doc9925/12-18-HealthOptions.pdf

By Rick Maze - Staff writer, Oct 7, 2009
Tricare fee increases imposed last week by the Defense Department will be repealed by a provision of the compromise 2010 defense authorization bill unveiled Wednesday by House and Senate negotiators.
The fee increases were announced on Sept. 30 and took effect on Oct. 1, but the defense bill, HR 2647, includes a provision barring any fee increases until the start of fiscal 2011.
Retired Army Maj. Gen. Bill Matz, president of the National Association for Uniformed Services, said the announcement of fee increases was shocking considering that the Obama administration promised earlier this year to hold off on any new fee Tricare fee increases until fiscal 2011.
President Obama and DoD assured NAUS and the entire military family earlier this year that there would rightly be no increases in any Tricare fees in fiscal 2010, Matz said. We took them at their word, and I cant believe that a co-pay increase like this was allowed to go forward, he added.

That won't be happening for quite some time, years after ObamaCare is passed.
