Please don't equate Reagan's "using" the benign-by-comparison "pop culture" of his time with today's pop culture cesspool which Sarah is having fun tip-toeing through today.

If you think that "entertainment today" is the only way she can "break through the media-lock" on her, or garner admiration and respect from our citizenry by being a tabloid regular, then we have nothing further to say to each other.

If you've ever studied modern-era history of women who have risen to the top spots in their respective countries, I assure you they didn't attain their positions by being former stand-up comediennes or dancing with the stars.

I don't care what she does, believe me. I'm just saying that in my personal opinion she's not enhancing her resume. I've lost interest in her as a presidential candidate because of a variety of bad decisions she's made and seems hell-bent on continuing to do so.

Again, I don't believe she intends to run for the highest office in 2012.

That's funny given your motto is: “Do unto liberals as they do unto us, POW!”

The Tonight Show/Leno Show is a cultural cesspool.

You’re trying way too hard.

I agree that Sarah does not intend to run for President in 2012. However, I am sure she would be open to taking the position of Press Secretary for President Allen West!

Yes, it is my goal to get Congressman Allen West to run for President in 2012!

Maybe Palin should go back and study what other people have done, and then copy them.

The problem with that is she would have to go against her natural inclination to be a leader.

Let's not forget that one of the frequent criticisms of her vp candidacy is that no one had ever heard of her. And she still has very young children at home. I think if she wants to coast through the next election cycle and shoot for 2016, that would be fine. In the meantime, I'd love to see her take a major role in energy independence. Hopefully a Republican will win in 2010 and appoint her either to the Cabinet as Secretary of the Interior, or make her Energy Czarina.
