BUFFALO, N.Y. — The founder of an Islam-oriented television station who is accused of beheading his wife is due in a Buffalo courtroom for proceedings in advance of his murder trial.
Muzzammil “Mo” Hassan is tentatively scheduled to stand trial later this month for the death of his wife, Aasiyah Hassan, last year.
Pretrial motions are scheduled for Friday.

Yeah, beheading is the prominent mode of murder amongst many demographics-such as...Muslims.
As best I can recall, beheading has never been a popular method of killing for Christians or Americans. There may be an exception for the occasional serial killer but as a general rule we shoot, stab, strangle or beat our victims to death.
The men in black robes are ‘gods’. They are the law givers.
Sounds like the judge is an Obama supporter. Can’t be a problem cause he a Muslim.

If anything, I'd imagine that the judge has issued an instruction to the defense that they can't make religion central to their argument, if they're going to be asserting an affirmative defense.
Maybe it was a ratings stunt.

When the Muslim claims his wife abused him by not taking a servant-chattel role as is Islams role for women. Will the Judge allow THAT defense?

I went to the link and read the entire piece, such as it is, and it does not explain the headline at all.
It just annoys me that the judge states this as if somehow cutting her head off is not as bad as if he “honor killed” her.

This Islam-o-dirtbag has been working an insanity defense but not because of Islam.
No, the fact that his wife impugned his honor by asking for a divorce made him - wait for it - “lose his head”.
