Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney telling me theyre doing it all wrong. And he knows. He overhauled health care when he was running Massachusetts and says that his plan was nothing like the presidents now.
More of my chat with Mitt Romney and his wife, Ann.

So as long as I am a member and contributor I will continue to make posts that I consider to be within the guidelines of this forum and pertinent to the subject or in response to posters that attack me or others. He can also end my involvement in this forum. One more thing, if you didnt realize it. This forum is supported by contributions and its value is from the knowledge and experience of its many posters as well as the posts of Mr. Robinson. You should have enough respect for your fellow posters, as well as Mr. Robinson, to make this forum the best it can be and effective in promoting conservative principles and supporting candidates that share those values/principles.
Typical Romney idea:
My money can buy anything...

A FEW REFERENCES SUPPORTING THE ATTACKS BY TEAM ROMNEY
AGAINST GOV. PALIN ---- SHAME ON THEM.
The McCain/Palin ticket was up ++8 to 10 pts. in some polls, days prior to the election.
So rather than helping the GOP, poor loser I am Myth Romney and
TeamROMNEY decided
to attack Gov. Palin (and her defenseless children) to throw Election2008.
"Frum was indeed a critic of Palin, calling her nomination a "huge mistake" during an October 13 (2008, weeks before the election) Early Show appearance."
David Frum: "Two of our most plausible candidates for president in 2012 are leading Mormons: Mitt Romney and Utah governor Jon Huntsman."
David Frum: "I have a lot of regard for Mitt Romney as a man and politician
I will support him without qualm."
Late in October, The American Spectator's The Prowler revealed:
"Former Mitt Romney presidential campaign staffers
have been involved in spreading anti-Palin spin to reporters, seeking to diminish her standing after the election.
'Sarah Palin is a lightweight, she won't be the first, not even the third, person people will think of when it comes to 2012,'
says one former Romney aide
'The only serious candidate ready to challenge to lead the Republican Party is Mitt Romney.
"Some former Romney aides were behind the recent leaks to media, including CNN, that Governor Sarah Palin was a 'diva' and was going off message intentionally."
The Palmetto Scoop reported: "One of the first stories to hit the national airwaves was
the claim of a major internal strife between close McCain aides and the folks handling his running mate Sarah Palin."
"Im told by very good sources that this was indeed the case and that a rift had developed, but it was between Palins people and the staffers brought on from the failed presidential campaign of former Gov. Mitt Romney, not McCain aides."
"The sources said nearly 80 percent of Romneys former staff was absorbed by McCain and these individuals were responsible for what amounts to a premeditated, last-minute sabotage of Palin."
aides loyal to Romney inside the McCain campaign, said The Scoop, reportedly saw
that Palin would be a serious contender for the Republican nomination in 2012 or 2016, which made her a threat to another presidential quest by Romney.
Erick Erickson, who organized Operation Leper, said:
"These staffers are now out trying to finish her off
.hoping it would ingratiate themselves with Mitt Romney."
"Who's the Palin Leaker from the McCain Campaign?
National Review Online The publication of a Vanity Fair profile of Sarah Palin
appears to have opened old wounds in the McCain campaign.
... the source of the Diva leak was Nicolle Wallaces husband."
Kathleen Parker: "[I]t is increasingly clear that Palin is a problem." "Parker ... says something publicly that many of us have thought privately
but lacked the courage to say out loud - Palin should step down:"
"Kathleen Parker: After Interviews, Palin Should Bow Out"
Kathleen Parker: "Romney would bring more than squeaky clean qualifications
and youthful good looks to the ticket.
Romney would seem a logical choice."
"Parker: Romney raised bar on freedoms"
Kathleen Parker: "If Kennedy's speech was an important landmark in American political history,
Romney's was surpassing. With heartfelt humility and poetic eloquence,
he tracked the nation's struggle with and for freedom."
Staggering bigotry of Kathleen Parker - UPDATED"

RE:
posting pro-Romney threads is spam. You got that right. The continual pimping of Romney, a flaming statist, on FR is designed to bully conservatives into acquiescence. Every single Romney sycophant should be summarily shown the door.

I do not understand the goal of those who would use this site to promote Romney. It could not be more clear that his history and agenda are not conservative.

The amount of information about Romney is conclusive: he is no conservative, and his candidacy will do nothing but harm our ability to promote a conservative candidate. It's unacceptable.
If he truly cares about this country he will withdraw.

I think Mitt should sue Obama for copyright infringement. Barry stole Willard’s horrendous, socialist healthcare plan and put his name on it.
Has Obama no shame, stealing Mitt’s ideas? Next thing you know, he’ll be strapping Bo the White House dog to the roof of his Limo and driving cross country.

RE:

I am not a big Glenn Beck fan, but it has everything to do with progressives, in this case in the GOP, trying to marginalize and silence conservatives.

WRONG!!! I think we all just want to see some FAIR and DECENT posting. We don’t need spam, and we certainly don’t need garbage. One can disagree, but there’s not a thing wrong with being disagreeable. It’s about being decent, respectable and adult-like. THINK about it.
