February 18, 2009 – President Barack Hussein Obama plans on seizing control of the U.S. Census Bureau from the Commerce Department and will be using it for political purposes in 2010. This power grab is illegal. Republican Sen. Judd Gregg (NH) had been chosen to head Commerce. He had accepted the invitation from Obama, but withdrew last week over concerns including the Census Bureau being removed from Commerce.
At this point, the Census 2010 appears that it will be manipulated by Obama’s Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, one of the most ruthless operatives in the Administration. As Emanuel has openly admitted: “If you think redistricting is always partisan and political which it is...it's going to be on steroids this time. (Fox News, February 12, 2009)
Emanuel can be expected to manipulate the Census for the political gain of Democrats throughout the U.S.
House Republican Leader John Boehner (OH) has sent a letter of objection to Obama over the politicizing of the Census. He has stated:
The American people expect the Census to be fair, impartial, and free of politics. And they expect us to protect the hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars the government distributes each year based on Census data. If this process is controlled by political operatives at the White House, instead of experts and statisticians at the Census Bureau, Americans are right to lose confidence in it.
This is a time when we should be working together to eliminate government waste and protect every single taxpayer dollar. Politicizing the Census makes this impossible. The American people deserve better.

State legislature races are very important. They control re-districting.

I don’t care how many districts they change. They will be voted out by the new and improved districts too. Especially after pulling this stunt.

I don’t have a state rep right now because Mike Simpson suddenly died a while back. He was one of the better democrats for the most part.

Obama, et al, are breaking every law they can and in a hurry before they get shut down in November. The damage (pro-DemoRAT) they do can be undone once they are voted out.
Has anyone seen the census commercial which seems to have communist symbolism all over it? Red stars and what looks like a student uprising. I can’t remember other details now, but if I find it on YouTube or wherever, I’ll post it.
Millions of illegal aliens won’t be counted or polled but will definitely vote. That’s why Islam-o-bama is trying to convince congress to pass his health care without making them a co-conspirator.
There is also a YouTube video out I just watched the other day that showed a guy putting questions TO the census bureau, & they would not respond...
...the point this man was trying to get across is that the census was initially put in place to COUNT PEOPLE - anything else that is asked is unconstitutional. So, once again, I am going to throw it in the garbage when it comes.

How about this statement, after suggesting that the census bureau should be allowed to do its work; “The process should not be intentionally manipulated by employees of a Presidential Candidate. Such a shameful perversion of American Democracy shall lead to legal action.”
