Why wouldn't Sarah Palin be at an Oscar gifting suite?
The Fox News contributor and one-time vice presidental hopeful showed up to Silver Spoon's Oscar Suite in West Hollywood yesterday, benefiting the Red Cross.
But like all politicians, Sarah and her crew were hardly gems when the cameras weren't rolling...
"They were like locusts," says one vendor at the suite, regarding Palin and her large group of hangers-on. "She showed up with like 20 people, and they immediately swarmed the place taking everything!"
S.P. was accompanied by daughter Willow, grandson Tripp and a bunch of female handlers. A source at the suite said Palin was stopping in while daughter Bristol was doing a photo shoot nearby.
We're told Palin was quite the prima donna and that she insisted the suite be opened two hours early so she could come when no looky-loos would be around.
"They told us last minute to get here superearly for [Palin]," says our rightfully annoyed source. "Then, she wouldn't let anyone take her picture or do any interviews."

The Silver Spoon Suite benefited Red Cross Haitian Relief Efforts. The Palins donated $1,750 to the Red Cross and left with bags full of swag.
Could not agree more.
I know Andrew, and he is fair. I e-mailed him and asked him about all the Gossip and Leftist site stories. He replied that the LA Times report is correct. Sarah donated the swag to the Red Cross and cut them a $1,700 check to boot.

BS! This is still a free country, despite all The Left is doing to make it otherwise. Sarah Palin or you or me should not be afriad to go anyplace in this nation and enjoy the blessings of liberty. A lot of patriots’ blood has been shed to support that God-given right.

This is one of those stories that tell you more about the people writing it than it does about the subject it is purportedly about. She didn’t have to come, she came to do a good thing, taking time she could have spent doing something else. Spent money she could have spent on something else. The only thing she asked in return was that it not be a big media thing.

Ah, but therein lies the rub, liberal propagandists.
Sarah Palin’s huge reservoir of strength is based on the simple fact that she is most assuredly NOT like “other politicians”.
I know it.
You know it.
While this truth gives me great hope for our great nation, it can give you nothing but pervert/progressive/hippie-stink/neurotic nightmares.
The way her media handlers put her in front of the turkey killing machine?
Why post something like this, what purpose does it serve?
If you want gossipy outbursts with no truth in them or news, or usable information in them, to merely pass on a liberal hit piece, then you can find stuff all day on the internet to to that with, but why?

This is not the fault of Sarah or her handlers, it’s the liberal media’s conspiracy to destroy her politically. Well, it ain’t gonna work.
