CHICAGO (Associated Press) -- Illinois' Democratic voters picked a pawnbroker as their candidate for lieutenant governor, and that didn't exactly end well. So perhaps they won't mind if the next candidate doesn't have a job. Or is still in school. Or isn't actually a Democrat.

I vote for the technician.
Mark Kirk should have submitted his application if he wants statewide office so badly. He could cite endless votes showing why he is a Democrat, and on the “prominent endorsement” question he could point to the fact legions of moonbat organizations like him so much they endorsed him over an Obama clone in 2008.
Quite so. He has an impeccable liberal Democrat record, and his loyalty to the Combine is without question.
Or better yet the Wizard.
