3 more states, South Carolina, New Hampshire and Indiana have joined Arizona in proposing bills requiring proof of Article II Eligibility for POTUS. Does this mean this is no longer a crazy, fringe conspiracy theory movement?

South Carolina-Bill 3389, freshman state Rep. New Hampshires House bill 1245, mandates that the names of the candidates shall not appear on the ballot unless the secretary of state has received certified copies of the birth certificates of the candidates.

While they are at it, the states should impose an “excessive landing fee” on Air Force One. Equal to the budget deficit of the particular state..
FEE WAIVED UPON CERTIFIED COPY OF THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE! lol
Yeah sure.
If the Tea Party is as successful in November as everyone suspects they’ll be. Coupled with the growing number of National and State Politicians who are openly addressing this issue.
Any 2012 campaign will have to prepare to address this issue. If they think even for a split second it won’t become huge during a reelection run, then they are truly detached from reality and smoking some serious crack.
We were fooled once, we won’t be fooled again.
This will become an issue whether Bambi-n-Co. want it to or not.
I’m all for going after Obama on all fronts all the time. This is to ensure Obama stays a 1 term “president”.
Hoo-ah!

I hope you are right,

Ah - THIS thread, I thought you meant the other thread.

The weight of bad karma is sitting heavliy on 0devil’s shoulders.

Screaming and clawing with all four legs.
Or he has AIDS. I wouldn’t doubt it.
By 2012 I expect a dozen or more states will be asking Obama for his bonafides before placing him on the ballot. He’s a 1 termer and we all know it.
Null and void may have pinged everyone, already.
Ok, you asked for it...
Multiple states need to pass this.
An Incumbent President cannnot leave his name off the ballot in any of the 57 States. He'd have to cough it up, and own up.
Oh how they would fume and sputter, all to no avail.
It would be nice if the definition of NBC was clarified at the same time.
He might just pull out a BC with embarrassing info., that would not disqualify him.
What if his father is listed as Frank Marshall Davis, then he is a Natural Born Citizen.
