White House officials tell ABC News that in his remarks tomorrow President Obama will suggest that if it is necessary, Democrats will use the controversial "reconciliation" rules requiring only 51 Senate votes to pass the "fix" to the Senate bill, as opposed to the 60 votes to stop a filibuster and proceed to a vote on a bill.

BUT Madam Speaker now talks about a "simpler and less expensive bill" and the President talks about his bill(?) with adding 'some' GOP suggestions to it. So what happened to the Xmas Eve bill? Since these proposed bills involve new taxes and fees, doesn't it have to go through the House FIRST?!
Right now I think that, without any hyperbole, this entire thing is so flippin nuts that it would be rejected by a 3rd rate on-line amateur web site.
And while Congress is in session. Hopefully there will be enough people to surround both the capital and whitehouse!
The votes will be before March 31st. I read the 26th was the last day before Easter break.
we still have a chance to vote traitors out..yet my worry is that 40% of Americans do not pay taxes and a large majority are on entitlements!

So our our President has decided to declare war on the citizens of this country. . . at least Zer0 should have the guts to style it in those terms . . . that is what it amounts to.
Big media is using phrases like “simple majority” to describe this. It is propaganda to the letter.
” When are we going to get to the part when one of our leaders calls this what in the hell it really is?

I think Barry pretty much did that when he addressed the NAACP convention
on July 17 , 2009 .
He said that African Americans are the sickest group of people.
And the least likely to have health insurance.
He vomited up the usual litany of how rotten and how racist our country still is.
And how he was going to remedy “ the health care disparity .”
” We know that even as spiraling health care costs crush families of all races, African Americans
are more likely to suffer from a host of diseases
but less likely to own health insurance than just about anybody else.”
“Now, one pillar of this new foundation is health insurance
for everybody. (Applause.) “
“ Health insurance reform that cuts costs and makes quality health coverage affordable for all,
and it closes health care disparities in the process. “
These are other excerpts from his NAACP diatribe just to show how he views America.

By Latinos made to feel unwelcome in their own country. (Applause.)
By Muslim Americans viewed with suspicion simply because they kneel down to pray to their God. (Applause.)
By our gay brothers and sisters, still taunted, still attacked, still denied their rights. (Applause.)
And wait until the liberals and McCain fight for amnesty. Then the dems have it all locked up... forever.
I agree with simple majority.
Write the bill.
Publish it.
Let Congressional candidates run for or against it.
Then vote on it in January 2011.

Geez, I think you Americans are going to have to push your way into the senate chamber for a sit-in or something. He will not take no for an answer.

Actually, Hussien blinked this weekend. Last week, Hussien proposed a new plan outline before the summit. We were told by Pelosi that they had the votes in the House on Sunday.......then on Monday, we were told that Hussein had a new plan that he will unveil tomorrow. He blinked.
They are in disarray on the left, folks. I think with a little effort, any alliances will fall apart. This deathcare bill is closer to death than one would think.

Just before the Christmas Eve vote. I remember somebody saying something about a provision which said it couldn't be repealed or defunded. Does anybody remember that and what became of it? Is it still there?
