White House officials tell ABC News that in his remarks tomorrow President Obama will suggest that if it is necessary, Democrats will use the controversial "reconciliation" rules requiring only 51 Senate votes to pass the "fix" to the Senate bill, as opposed to the 60 votes to stop a filibuster and proceed to a vote on a bill.

I know you taught con-law but might I remind your A-holeship that you have NO authority, not legal authority, not political authority.... And certainly no moral authority to tell the Senate to do ANYTHING !
Obama WANTS the RATS to lose Congress in November. His only remote shot at re-election is if he can create an enemy of the GOP Congress - like Clinton did.
Hopefully enough vulnerable RATS will recognize that Obama’s needs do not align with their own.

Tricare fee increases imposed last week by the Defense Department will be repealed by a provision of the compromise 2010 defense authorization bill unveiled Wednesday by House and Senate negotiators.
Snip The fee increases were announced on Sept. 30 and took effect on Oct. 1, but the defense bill, HR 2647, includes a provision barring any fee increases until the start of fiscal 2011.

Retired Army Maj. Gen. Bill Matz, president of the National Association for Uniformed Services, said the announcement of fee increases was shocking considering that the Obama administration promised earlier this year to hold off on any new fee Tricare fee increases until fiscal 2011.
“President Obama and DoD assured NAUS and the entire military family earlier this year that there would rightly be no increases in any Tricare fees” in fiscal 2010, Matz said. “We took them at their word, and I can’t believe that a co-pay increase like this was allowed to go forward,” he added.
That should be the mantra. Obama and Reid going.... Nuclear.
It remains to be seen if the Democrats are ready to sacrifice their careers for this power grab.

No problem? I see a big problem, unless you can name me one welfare type program that has ever been rescinded or even scaled back.
My favorite example is the so call Earned Income Tax Credit, whereby people get income tax "refunds" whether they have paid in or not and often times very large ones at that.
Proposed by Richard Nixon, signed into law by Gerald Ford and increased in every administration since - without exception.
Bozo can’t “trigger” anything. He not a member of the legislative branch. He can shout, conjole and threaten but he can’t “trigger”. The MSM does everything it can to bolste the idea that this President can do what ever he wants. They just can’t wait until he reaches full dictator status can they?
My experienced guess is that while all of the attention is being devoted to this idiocy, something else is going on outside of view that the orchestrators of this nonsense do not want us to focus on. My money is on something connected to the bailouts, such as the mysterious use of the TARP money (which was used for something other than the purchase of "toxic" assets).
Fortunes have been made right under our noses with taxpayer money, but the cameras are pointing at the helath care circus.
