J.D. Hayworth continues to snipe at U.S. Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., over the senators 2008 vote for the Wall Street and big bank bailout.
Hayworths campaign cited campaign finance numbers from 2003-08 showing executives and employees from investment and commercial banks that benefited from Troubled Asset Relief Program donated $1.7 million to McCains runs for Senate and for president. That list includes JP Morgan Chase & Co., Bank of America, Goldman Sachs and Citigroup Inc.
The Hayworth camp also said American International Group executives and employees donated $74,000 to McCains 2008 presidential bid.
John McCain likes to talk tough about the bankers at the center of the economic meltdown, but he still kept their cash. But as we saw with Charlie Keating, when it comes to financial interests, McCain appears to have a blind spot, said Hayworth campaign manager David Payne, referring to McCains ties in the late 1980s and early 1990s to savings and loan crisis poster boy Charles Keating.

As long as the sniping results in Mad Jonny going down, have at it
True sniping would be one shot, one kill. JD will deliver the knock down. McCain’s doing pot shots.
Grampy’s latest stint on MTP was an embarrassment...
When is the Arizona Primary going to take place?

He he...”Grampy”. I like that, probably makes him mad as hell.
True. How cool is that. Any polls available for Hayworth v. McCain?
I don’t know about that....
Anyone got the info on the Az polls?
So, McCain is a crony of that snake-in-the-grass, Goldman Sachs.

U.S. government and U.S. Army donated to McCain? How is that even possible?
“U.S. government and U.S. Army donated to McCain? How is that even possible?”
They have very lucrative ‘employee’ pacs. You should see what the forest service donates to enviro groups. Sadly, most government employees are liberal.
Heck, Fannie Mae, etc. who we bailed out give out millions every year to various campaigns..usually dems.
