Anybody that does not think the Chicoms and Russkies are capable of launching a full thermonuclear strike surprise attack is delusional.

Well let’s review:

Comrade 0bama is engineering the greatest economic meltdown ever seen in modern history and the painful reality is that there is fast approaching a point where the federal government will be unable to meet it’s obligations, i.e., social security, federal pensions, military payroll, and much much more.

Comrade 0bama is apparently planning to ‘drastically’ reduce the number of nuclear weapons in the U.S. arsenal, a move that is ill advised for many reasons.

Comrade 0bama and his thugs are seeking to exert greater and greater control over the population via executive orders if the Congress won’t rubber stamp what that Communist piece of sh*t has in mind.

Put it all together and you have the prospect of a military government stepping in to ‘preserve, protect and defend’ the Constitution of the United States by arresting the Kenyan wonder boy and his co-conspirators, destination: Fort Leavenworth or more appropriately: Gitmo.

The final firewall against this Communist/0bamunist tyranny is the United States Armed Forces and I for one do not think they’re going to let us down.

Oh sure, all we need is 100, or maybe just 3 or 4, right? Assuming they survive a first strike, or are not rendered obsolescent by advances in defense shield, target hardening, etc on the other side (they are working frenetically, we not so much) - and assuming those aging weapons we have, function as intended... reliability is never 100@ and I believe by treaty, we have hamstrung ourselves on testing, even running simulations, to assure their reliability - just to show “good will”

Sometimes you can “have” too much of a good/bad thing. having a lot less retaliatory weapons to throw back if attacked by national level mass destructive WMD (such as bios) may “just” embolden an already insane enemy into risky decisions based on thinking his losses to our diminished nucs (3-4 cities and half of his population or military instead of 100 of his cities and 75% of his population or military) become more tolerable - ya think?

Besides, when and where have obama and his radical fringe loon lefties been “right” about any of their theories and assumptions on any aspect of American life? You think the economy is running so well that now you want to turn over strategic survival assumptions and planning for the next two decades or more, to a Andy Stern/Van Jones/Kevin Jennings administration?

We are being disarmed, from within, and no one seems to care.

Bill Clinton lied under oath about a blowjob, and got impeached...and here is a (questionable American) president, taking down the banking system, dismantling private enterprise, taking over healthcare, and now disarming us, and no one is doing a f****** thing about it.

1. U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war. 2. U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war. 3. Develop the illusion that total disarmament [by] the United States would be a demonstration of moral strength.

Yup, you nailed it. My first thought was, "Right out of the Playbook". Besides weakening our National Defense, how many jobs is that going to cost?

Let's see: No offshore drilling, check, No Nukes, check, No shuttle, check, takeover of GM, check, No Anwar, check, No Nuclear Power, check, No F-22, check, Govt. run Healthcare, check, generally anti-business, anti-capitalism, anti-free enterprise, check, anti-American, check, destroy American economy, check, . . uh, er, wait. . . Hey Rahm, keep those last two secret for now. . . . okay?

Why is it that I see Obama’s fall as a scene from Dr. Strangelove?

I pledge allegiance to America's debt, and to the Chinese government that lends us money. And to the interest, for which we pay, compoundable, with higher taxes and lower pay until the day we die.

Everything this guy does gives me an uncomfortable, hollow feeling in the pit of my stomach. The politics of the Weathermen and William Ayres, Van Jones, Soros, Chomsky, and the 60’s are becoming public policy. O is in a mad rush to make it all “irreversible”.

This from BBC:

US plans ‘dramatic reductions’ in nuclear weapons

Last April, Mr Obama outlined his vision of a world free of nuclear weapons,

US President Barack Obama is planning “dramatic reductions” in the country’s nuclear arsenal, a senior US administration official has said.

This would come as part of a sweeping policy review designed to prevent the spread of atomic weapons, he said.

The review “will point to dramatic reductions in the stockpile, while maintaining a strong and reliable deterrent”, the official said.

He added that it would lead to a greater role for conventional weapons.

Mr Obama is to meet his defence secretary, Robert Gates, later on Monday to discuss the new nuclear strategy.

Officials say thousands of nuclear weapons could be cut, in many cases by retiring weapons that are now kept in storage.

They say the new strategy will be an important step towards Mr Obama’s declared aim of reversing the spread of nuclear weapons and seeking a world without them.

Last April, Mr Obama outlined his vision of a world free of nuclear weapons in a major speech in Europe.

The US president called for the forging of new partnerships to prevent the spread of nuclear weapons, and a global summit on nuclear security, which will take place next month.

The next five-yearly review conference of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty is to be held in May.
