Leading Saudi cleric Muhammad Musa Al-Sharif defended the practice of marrying nine-year-old girls as sanctioned by the prophet Mohammad in his own marriage to a nine-year-old girl, Aisha. In a truly signature moment, Al-Sharif insisted that not only does a girl become a woman at nine but when Islamic law refers to a certain issue – we don’t need human rights.
He further states that human rights treaties are simply the work of “atheists, the Christians, and the fornicators.” The nice thing is that, in the interview below, he adds “with all due respect.”

These dirty old men have developed this pedophile philosophy based on the rantings of some girl (I know she’s a biggy in Islam) who was RAPED by a dirty old man.

Well, in the 700’s A.D. some in Europe had arranged marriages and the girls married were as young as 9 too. But Christian Europe (and the Americas) have moved on and child marriage is abhorred. When will radical Islam move on? Never, as radical Islam had decided the morals and social values of 700’s tribal Arabia should be present day Sharia law.
And the reason for that is simply that they are afraid. Where is one change there is a million. Just ask Michail Gorbachev.
But if changes are introduced into Islam it will fragment instantly. They already split in two, and Islamists are very well aware of the danger. They also saw what happened to the Christian church - the Pope does not rule over all Christians, as he used to do.
If Islam remains a monolith it is a considerable fighting force; perhaps not an advanced one, but they make it up in volume. If Islam fragments it becomes powerless. High priests of Islam want to keep their power, to continue issuing universally accepted fatwas and to keep collecting zakat and other islamic taxes. From their point of view Islam might be a creaky old cult, but it works so well... and the reason it works is exactly the same as with other cults: rigid discipline, leaving is impossible, and every member is mandated to bring new members in (or kill those who refuse.)

The ragheads are criticizing others and calling them fornicators and they are routinely raping little girls. Somehow, I detect a disconnect here.
