That may be true, but I’d bet that what they were working on three years ago looked nothing like this. In any case, three years to redesign a logo? Even for a bureaucracy, that’s a stretch. They may have decided to do it three years ago, but I doubt that the design was chosen at that time.
Bambi’s campaign was great at whippping out things like faux Presidential seals and logos, and I have no doubt that his graphic artists were the ones that turned out this monstrosity. And I do think it refers both to Islam and to Obama.
It also looks like the outline of knuckles of a fist on the bottom left. It always concerns me when a leader (esp. one with an ego like Obama’s) starts making everything look like it’s HIS. Freakin’ propaganda pushing scum, IMHO.
And this is a bureaucracy that isn't burdened with fraud, waste and hundreds of millions of people demanding services. Wait until they are in charge of health care. You will get your 2015 version of flu vaccine sometime around 2029.
