One the leaders of the so-called “birthers” is stepping up to defend former Rep. J.D. Hayworth (R-Ariz.) from Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.).
Olry Taitz – a California dentist and lawyer who has filed lawsuits alleging that Barack Obama is not a citizen and therefore ineligible to be president – is taking offense at an ad McCain’s campaign released Wednesday linking Hayworth with her.
The ad, titled “Identity,” begins with the text, “These are serious economic times. Yet some are consumed by conspiracies,” before cutting to video of Taitz, another prominent birther, Phillip Berg, and Hayworth all questioning Obama’s citizenship.
“The only difference between these three people? Only one is running for the U.S. Senate,” the narrator of the ad concludes.
Taitz responded a post on her website, attacking McCain, who is being challenged by Hayworth in the GOP primary, for “ignoring the most important issue the country is facing today.”
Taitz called the ad – which she misspelled as “add” throughout the post – “despicable” and “appalling.”
She went on to challenge the four-term senator to a televised debate on the president’s citizenship.

Hey, if someone is smart enough not to buy into the Obamao birth scam, they are smart enough to not buy into McCain. Go Hayworth.

Politico writes of “so called” birthers but never uses such a qualifier to declare Obama’s COLB is a “so called” birth certificate (it is not the long form original).

How many of you remember how the libs told everyone how McCain was the best candidate the Republicans had to beat Hillary. How many remember how many millions of demoncraps jumped party lines in the primaries to ensure that McCain became the Republican nominee only to have those same jerks turn around and vote for obama? How many remember Rush's answer to that when he asked Republicans to do the same for the Demoncraps and vote for Hillary?
J.D. for US Senate is the right man for Arizona. Medina is the right woman for Texas Governor. Just two I can think of off the top of my head that Arizona and Texas need to elect.
Obama could silence all these "birthers" with one simple act. Produce a valid certificate or birth. He hasn't.
9/11 "Truthers" could be quitted as well simply by producing the black boxes from the planes that destroyed the WTC. 8 1/2 years later they have yet to surface.
America needs some honesty from our elected officials for once.

If he has one , he won't. Too good an issue. Look how McCain in using it against J.D. It killed Medina's campaign. Wait until the general. Anyone who touches this is DOA. With the economy headed south, 24% of mortgages underwater, jobless claims up, Democrats trying to seize health care and whatever else they can get, the last thing voters in the general care about are issues which they know go nowhere.
Juan is covering for Hussein because he is not totally legit either. Guess who instigated the Senate resolution declaring Juan as eligible for POTUS....why Hussein himself.
Every lib publication in the country will be cheerleading for McCain. They LOVE those republican sell-outs of the American people.
I don't believe English is her first language, so idioms and slang terms may get past her, but she apparently knows more about The Constitution than Hussein, who claims to be "natural born".
