So far, Paul Ryan has given the most substantive response during this entire event. An event that is nothing more then a dog and pony show to allow Obama the opportunity to look in charge and cover his butt in front of the American people.
Those Republicans who are actually challenging Obama and the Dems today are doing so in a very constrained environment. Cong Ryan has been the lone standout, thus far.

The Daily Show etc will have plenty of video of Repubs to mock - because of people like Grassley and their age and the comparison to Obama is striking. The substance doesnt matter. If not for Paul Ryan and Marsha Blackburn, this would have been a disaster. I would include Eric Cantor, but his voice bothers me.
