No Laserman, Obama is not permitting any disagreements. He has told the R's numerous times that he only wants to talk about the things they agree upon.
Cantor finally set him straight at the end of the first session that there are philosophic disagreements that can not be resolved with this bill.

No back and forth discussion! The Repups have brought it up a couple of times .... but Obambi has his agenda. Also Repubs have asked Obambi to to assure them that the Reconciliation option will be scrapped. NO ANSWER
