Today, with the help of Big Hollywoods Leigh Scott, I begin my tribute series to Governor Sarah Palin.
Scott Leigh, a horror film-maker reminiscent of my not-always-so-hard-times spent with Larry Cohen, had this to say about what the Left fears about Sarah Palin:
What they fear is that Palin would actually stick to fiscally conservative principles. She would reform the tax laws to make them fair and rational. She would clip the influence of labor unions. She would end the unholy alliance of Big Government and Big Business. She may actually extend womens rights to choose to include how they spend their money, where they send their kids to school, and what caliber handgun they want to buy.
In short, Sarah Palin is the essence of American identity: individual freedom married to individual responsibility and, dare I say, the sacredly unique individuality vested within all of us upon conception, an American signature more indelible than that of John Hancock.

Hunter/DeMint
Moriarty -—same old rambling drunk he’s always been.
But I do like Sarah
That would be a dream team for me. Of course last year at this time, I was hoping for Sanders/Jindal. What a difference a year makes!
What a team!
West/Palin
Great article. The Leigh Scott article is hilarious.
I like Sarah Palin....she’d be a blast to hang out with, I’m sure. Just not convinced that she would be a good president. Her appearances on FNC leave me wanting a little more depth to her answers and less ‘talking point’ material.

-—————compared to Obama’s answers right? Right?
Oh no wait, couldn’t be, no one has ever asked Obama questions like those, or held his feet to the fire on the answers...
Voters on both sides still struggle with the pretty face..... not sure you want that much inner and outer beauty in a politician..... Hey ALI was pretty and he could FIGHT!
“compared to Obamas answers right? Right?

Doesn’t matter. I’m looking for the best person to vote for...I already know who I’m voting against.

Yep, Ronnie had the same compliants thrown at him to.
I believe the quote was He uses simple answers to complex questions
and lets not forget the amiable DUNCE reference
But you think Hunter and Demint or Bush are GREAT MINDS.
Please
America needs ledership, not a genius.
I’m not looking for a “leader” or a “genius.” I’m looking for a competent government administrator.
What does that have to do with the modern presidency?
I'm thinking you supported Bob and/or Liddy Dole.
All I ask of my president and my government is to protect me from looters and thugs, defend our borders, and promote prosperity and liberty.
Sarah will never kill your kids, or your grandmother. Sarah will never kill your parents.....she will kill terrorists.
She will make pancakes.............LOL............and she has guns..............LOL...............
Great article, Michael.
Neither one is going to run, although DeMint may be positioning himself as a Vepp on the Romney ticket with his endorsement.
I think both may very well run.
I’m all for Pailn 2012, but speaking of West—I definitely prefer him to Pence or Thune. Wow what a partnership West and Palin could make!
Demint I like a lot, but do not see him as Presidential material— at the moment any way.
