>>”Then it would be a darn good idea for the GOP to run conservatives and not RINOS...”<<
Nailed it, pissant, like always.
Somehow they will just have to realize that we aren’t voting RINO anymore.
I will only EVER vote for conservatives. If I have to write in a name, so be it.
I heard it as well. This news really needs to be spread throughout NV asap.
No need to worry here folks. There will NOT be a Tea Party candidate running vs. Reid. There are 2 good & viable candidates already running in Lowden & Tarkanian. Both are beating Reid solidly in the polls. If Krolicki decides to join in , all the better.
Trust me, conservatives will not let a third party derail Reid’s abrupt end in the senate. This is a fairly well coordinated effort. Reid is going down.
As long as the GOP candidate is a conservative, a third-party candidate will have little effect.
The only time a third-party conservative candidate hurts the GOP candidate is when said GOP candidate is a liberal.
Maybe an add stating such woukd be in order or pick a candidate and announce support.
Too many got burned with Perot.
Although, I agree, now is not the time to be hitting the GOP.
We need them to stop Obama.
But we also need some real GOP leadership, not the Newt/Dole kind we had in 94.
>> The ghost of Ross Perot returns?
A very selfish situation that changed the World for the worse in my opinion.
Conservatives have the largest share of self identified voters in US,40%. That still is a minority. If they wait around for another 15% to see the light the Nation will be locked into what Obama and the Dems are setting up. Taking a page from old Soviet Admiral Sergei Gorshkov, who redefined the Red Navy by simplifying their new vessels “Better is the enemy of good enough” It’s something the Dems seemed to learn with Rahmbo’s successful recruitment effort in ‘08. I think the Tea Party folks and their allies must consider this today when choosing to support GOP candidates or run against them as third party candidates.
