One of the most important things Peabody seeks here is a full evidentiary hearing on Climaregate. If it gets that, it will be possible to hold Gore to account for the first time.

We’re getting closer to the time when we are going to see Algore and his greedy, “carbon credit” pals doing the “perp walk”.

Beautiful.
Gore, the IPCC, Pickens, & anyone affiliated with companies that make money off of legislated global warming initiatives should all be brought in.

This is absolutely wonderful! Ayatollah Obama will not be able to ruin what is left of industry in the United States, if the EPA is not allowed to levy taxes on American companies.

I read someplace that some spokesman for the EPA in answering a question related to the scientific basis for their need to control carbon dioxide emissions responded: “The United Nation’s IPCC of course”. If so, the EPA will have zero chance of prevailing in court.

All of the oil companies should join in, too!
To: libstripper
All the direct victims of the Warmers, like oil and natural gas companies who have been injured by the EPA as a result should just pile right in with PEC.
