thank you. That was, without question, one of The Best Speeches I’ve heard. He wasn’t tied to the podium, covered pretty much all salient points very well, and was articulate without being wordy. I wish we had more like him in the public eye. I’ve sent the link to my family and friends.

However, the TOTUS is definitely hiding lots. There is a thread here that lists everything that marxist POS is hiding. Everything from his long form birth certificate (the HI short form "Certification of Birth" and the official claims Obama is a US citizen means nothing) to his Indonesian school acceptance (which you couldn't have duel citizenship at the time) to his college records to his post grad thesis to his his Harvard grades to his passport to his time in Kenya, etc, etc.
Being a simple man of 60 years commonsense, it's very clear to me that he is hiding a lot. I'm not sure if it's about his "natural born" citizenship or if it's about his lineage.
Maybe he's a bastard and doesn't want the world to know. I would actually say, so what? The term no longer has the meaning it once did.
What I know is that if you have nothing to hide, you don't spend millions in billable hours to hide it. Really, what verifiable info do we have on this man who controls the "football"? Nothing, except some stuff Judicial Watch put out. Don't have a lot faith in them, either.
Of all the laws that Congress works on to control every aspect of our lives, you would think they would have passed a law a long time ago to back up Article II, paragraph V of the US Constitution.
However, my eyes started to glaze over when he went into past presidents and how the "progressive" movement originated. I know that stuff, but Joe-six-pack-soccor mom doesn't care.I care about the history - I was riveted to my TV. It's the first time I've ever heard it! That is part of his message - he's educating the masses on what the Progressive/Liberal Education System is leaving out or lying about to us.
Beck, O’Really, Coulter, none can prove BO’s birth anymore than we can. They are not allowed to speculate if truly in the news business....Unfortunately much of the MSM chose to ignore the “Rule”.
“They protest too much” I suspect their research staff is digging as hard as we are. Recently Beck commented that Berg/ Hillary was the first birthers. I emailed a correction, and told him who reported the African birth before them and their probable source. Now he says they were one of the first or the first to file a law suit.

My take is the same as with the pubbies, the GOP/RNC which also have a few "minor problems".
For me the choice is clear. Stand and fight for what I believe in or cave and go off whining somewhere.
If CPAC is worth fighting for its members will get the job done,if its not it will fold under its own weight, same with the GOP.

It was just this part of his speech, this explanation of the Statue of Liberty and the comparison to the Colossus that confirmed my disagreement with a FReeper on a thread griping about Glenn the other day, his *fifteen minutes* are most certainly not up, not by a long shot.
