“group of Tea Party types trying to get organized who are using the Tea Party movement for Paul who claims he started the Tea Party movement”

I have been to two TP local rallies and never heard Ron Paul's name mentioned. This will kill the Tea Party movement. Tea Partiers I know will drop out if this is true.

- sounds like DNC has a hand in this

Inevitably, any political group will get corrupted over time, no group is immune.

Tea Party people have stopped listening to garbage like this. They get their news from their neighbors, Free Republic and other non-media spin sources.

That is why the media and the left is furious. We're not controllable in the old ways anymore. And we're bigger than they are.

We win. They lose.

Ron Paul was the main speaker at our tea party. There was a huge crowd, and a lot of people — of all ages — carried Ron Paul signs. It’s my understanding that he was going to hit at least one more tea party after that (maybe two more, but memory doesn’t serve me very well regarding that day — it was tax day).

It was a bittersweet event. I was happy the American people were rising up and disturbed by the Ron Paul frenzy.

I do fear we’re going to squander this movement if Paul supporters glom onto it and claim it as their vehicle.
