The Kentucky House has approved legislation that would extend eminent domain rights to pipeline companies that would dispose of carbon dioxide, one of the chief byproducts of converting coal to cleaner burning fuels.
The House voted 91-5 on Friday to approve legislation that would allow private companies to obtain easements across private property.

Yes, but the only reason for piping CO2 across the country to do that, rather than simply using air at the site, is to "sequester" the CO2 into the ground because of global warming hysteria.
