HENDERSON, Nev. (AP) - President Barack Obama turned an economic appearance in Nevada into an extended campaign plug for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, whose re-election fight could have a big impact on the balance of power in Washington and the fate of Obama's own proposals.
Obama wrapped his arms around Reid at the start of the event on Friday and embraced Reid's work throughout.
The president rarely missed a chance—on the economic stimulus plan, on health care, on the effort to regulate big banks—to put himself and Reid in the same sentence.

Even though taxpayers are footing the cost for bambi to run around the country in endless campaign mode for democrats while shooting off his empty mouth it’s actually a sound investment. The man is obviously the kiss of death for any candidate stupid enough to want his endorsement. Say bye bye Harry.
Obama continues to live in his own little messiah world. He has no concept of failure. He is a narcissist who truly believes he can show up, give a speech and ‘fix’ the problem....after all he is the messiah. Reid had to accept the help....but watch how few moderate/conservative democrats ask or accept help from Obama. Ultra lib democrats also will be steering clear as Barry has not delivered on the extreme left policies that he promised......people like Blanche Lincoln are already distancing themselves as they know that there are not Obama coattails.

The entire reason he was in Nevada was for a Reid fund raising endorsement.
The fact that he was on stage with TOTUS was just another opportunity to promote me, me, me, me (while bashing Bush)!
