This is great news! So good on so many levels. Glad Sestak spilled the beans.

Isn’t it against the law to offer federal jobs for political favors?

NOTE to Rep. Sestak — be sure to have your brakes checked before you have home this evening. Also, before you turn the key in the ignition....

This paper really needs a proofreader:
A White House spokesman this morning strongly denied Sestak had been offered [offered what?] yesterday. Before the spokesman issued the denial a senior Pennsylvania Democrat yesterday said Whitye House officials there were angered by Sestak's account.

Probably every vulnerable D’s who voted for Crap and Trade and ZeroCare have been promised a Federal job or some cushy job on K street when they get thrown out of office.

Sorry Joe Sestak I can’t buy that. This is more like a PR stunt to move you towards the Tea Party.

Democrats in PA are not crazy about Specter and view him as a political opportunist, which he is.
Sestak and Specter going at each other during a primary will split the party and leave a bitter taste in the mouths of each one’s supporters going into the general in addition to tapping out Democrat coffers.
Toomey can soar above it all and be strong and positive going into the general and save his money for when it will really count. Only way Democrats have a chance to hang on to this seat is for Sestak to step aside which he will not do.
If MA can go to Brown, I think it’s a good bet PA goes to Toomey.
Specter’s been in campaign mode for 6 months now and it’s not getting him anywhere.
