August 24 is the date of the primary. It's awful soon to declare McVain the winner, which is why he's out there making the claim.

If they haven’t gotten rid of McCain by now what makes anyone think they would? Most voters barely follow any news at all and a majority of the ones that do use the MSM. McCain doesn’t sound like a four letter word to them not to mention they see him and they think Palin.

It looks like the polling date was January 22.

McCain leads Hayworth by 22 points according to a new Rasmussen poll (53% to 31% among GOP respondents),

That poll was back on Jan, 22!!! Hayworth had not even announced yet.

The Rasmussen poll mentioned is not “new” but rather a month old, long before Hayworth announced.

No surprise that The Atlantic is campaigning for McCain.

Crist and Coakley were leading by more than that when they started out.

I’m not real optimistic that we can get rid of McKook, but am still hoping for the best and supporting JD.

McCain can only lead Hayworth if he doesn’t “reach across the aisle”. Right now, the Dems are desperate to have some Pubbies “reach across the aisle”. Under normal circumstances, McCain would be scrambling to do some Cap N Tax / “Immigration Reform” / modifications to McCain Feingold / anything. Hayworth is doing us all a favor by keeping McCain in line, at least until August.

These miscreants should be forced to print a clarification on the “newness” of that polling data....but,alas,they will not.

“nervous Republicans got good news today”

Michael Steele, John Cornyn, and their ilk? The “have you hugged your RINO today crowd?

So how did they handle the “bad news” when Rubio took the lead in Florida after starting out as a mere blip in the polls, when it first looked like Suntan Charlie would skate to victory?

The race is just beginning in Arizona. I think it will get interesting.

If Hayworth falls within 10 points of a NEW poll then McCain is history. By the time the primary gets here his many off the farm chickens will have come home to roost.

Hey, I donated to JD. He better win or I want my money back.

This is typical RINO Progressive jibberish.

11. “If McCain pushes a negative hard and deep enough, it will break through into its counterside”.

Besides the idiotic new age gibberish, this tactic highlights the RINO’s head’s I win, Tails I win method of governance.

This is exemplified by the phenomena that the RINOs always come out on top – even when it is their ideas that screw things up. To them, the answer is always more government, even when the problem IS the government, so they think they can’t lose.
