Maybe it won’t be that bad.
I hear ya, my friend. I wasn’t trying to be confrontational with my post. I realize that we have a role to play when it comes to serving God too. I am a very devout Christian it angers me that the church has become so apathetic in its participation in the political process in this country. The phrase “too spiritual minded to be any earthly good” quickly comes to mind.
Keyes has admitted that this never happened. But like all birther myths, it endures.
YEah, pretty much. I mean, these guys look bad but, governments aren’t good at taking proactive steps to make a change down the road. Not in a “democracy” at least. Maybe if we hadn’t sold out the republic. That was the reason it was designed the way it was.
Varney was saying this morning that they are throwing up their hands and saying they can’t fix it. And how can they? Who can cut medicare, medicaid or Social Security?
Nope, the fix won’t come until the money isn’t there to pay the bill, and actually that probably won’t happen, what will happen is they will be paying the bills with worthless scrip.
Laffer was on Beck recently - he sounded eerily optimistic. He said the actions will be taken when things get bad enough, not before. Raising Social Security to age 77 among other things. But Social Security has sucked away my ability to make my own nest egg. What am I suppsed to do?
We need more on the right to be just as loud as Gregg.
We need to shrink the federal government down to as few duties as possible.
1. National Defense and defend the coast and border
2. Hunt down spies and traitors
3. Federal courts should keep watch for states violating our rights.
4. Hunt down and execute child pornographers
5. Make sure every state uses the same weights and measures
6. Make sure states do NOT violate free trade within the US
7. Try not to make any more enemies abroad
I think thats about it. Everything else should be done by the states or not done by government period.
it will have to wait till after the mid year elections convert both houses to republican before you can even think about impeachment. and even then you have your Lindsgay Graham and the those 2 lib RINOs from Maine...and Juan McQueeg that will not vote for conviction in an impeachment case....
Exactly. He and the others bailing do not want to preside over the fall.
As Beck said on his show yesterday, the only way to fix the economy and bring us back is to do the following (at least):
A) Cut taxes
B) Cut spending
Two things this current administration is doing the exact opposite of and almost with an “in your face” attitude.
It’s like they are trying to push the people to start something....
“..Any member could lodge a resolution of impeachment today. It’s worth pondering why they don’t...”
That’s too easy...they won’t do it because he’s BLACK. You know, the “transformational nature of this presidency” and all that other crap...
No one has the balls to do this because they’re TERRIFIED of beuing called “Racist!!!!” As if THAT is THE single most EEEEEEEEEEEVIL appellation on the planet.
IMO - Yeah, OK, fine, call me a racist - if wanting to protect the American “race” from socialism, fanatical muslim terrorists, and from the amatuer socialist puppet in the WH and his susbversive RICO political party is “racist”, then yes, I am. And I don’t give a rat’s *ss.
To The GOP: Reach down into your pants, either FIND or GROW a pair, and DO YOUR DAMNED JOB. Here’s a hint: You’re called this ANYWAY, no matter WHAT you do.
‘bout sums it up...
Hey, what’s the source for this article? Or did you put severel together? I don’t see a link. Thanks
“...theyre TERRIFIED of beuing called Racist!!!! As if THAT is THE single most EEEEEEEEEEEVIL appellation on the planet...”
You’re right and people take too much pride in being unprejudiced, unbiased, and open-minded. They need to learn some absolute truths, learn some generalities through observation, and keep some principles as sacred (besides “equality”).
As you say, who cares if you’re called “racist” because of criticisms of Obama as long as you can point to your fondness for Thomas Sowell, Walter Williams, and Clarence Thomas.
Wow...this guy sure “woke up” didn’t he? Used to be kind of a RINO...
Methinks he’s warming up for a run at the Oval Office.
I wrote the article.
