Sue their a$$es off. I live in a community of about 400,000. My last name is not common. There is a guy here in town who has the exact same name (first and sir) even the same middle initial. For years every time he did something the cops would show up at my door trying to arrest me. Also, we are no where the same physically. It took me going to court and getting a declaration from the supervising District Judge restraining the cops from bothering me without a warrant. Still three times after that I have had cops trying to arrest me. Most are just lazy slugs who are too incompetent to do the legwork and be sure. I have sued twice and won. Too bad the taxpayers have had to pay for their incompetence.

That is the problem with the cops they are not held accountable by the courts. If a judge has a innocent person brought before them as a defendant that is obviously not the person under warrant that judge should put that cop and the prosecutor in jail for a day or so. They would then get the message that it is not acceptable.
