It took me going to court and getting a declaration from the supervising District Judge restraining the cops from bothering me without a warrant. Still three times after that I have had cops trying to arrest me.

The cops involved should have spent time in jail for contempt of court. They violated a court order.

That is the problem with the cops they are not held accountable by the courts. If a judge has a innocent person brought before them as a defendant that is obviously not the person under warrant that judge should put that cop and the prosecutor in jail for a day or so. They would then get the message that it is not acceptable.

Yes. The judge was pissed but did not put them in jail. Instead he ruled in my favor in the civil trial(s) and added punitive damages which can be hard to get in this State.
