Ann Coulter has referred to VP Joe Biden as a "drunken Irishman" not once, but two, extremely enjoyable times in a debate with former Howard Dean campaign manager Joe Trippi over the Obama White House's reactionary attitude of dispensing Joe Biden to counter Cheney's criticism of Obama's failed terror policies. Appearing as a panelist on Jerry River's (that's Geraldo Rivera to you and me) Sunday night show on FNC, Coulter delivered the spot-on description of Biden in the broader context of his effectiveness and credibility as someone the White House would choose to discredit Cheney. Clearly, Coulter was less than impressed with the VP, and his long, almost endless list of infamous gaffes just lends her credibility about the state of his sobriety as it relates to political debate.

Race, I think you are enjoying yourself too much in that photo.
She looks good on you....She’d look better on me though....
Obama and Biden are luckey this isn’t the 1920’s when crazy uncles were kept in the attic and the other in the basement.
That was one of the funniest debates ever. Trippy was trippin over his words and Geraldo was a complete moron. “Can we quit w/this Biden is a Statesman stuff”. QueenAnn Rox!
Pray for America’s Freedom
My favorite part of the debate was when Ann would keep going back to the line about how she can’t believe we’re pretending to take Biden seriously as a statesman. Hilarious. BTW, when is Ann and Rush going to get together to make the next generations ultimate conservative?
She didn’t have to say the “Irishman” part. That’s the problemo with Ann - she takes it one step too far many times. She must have a book to sell.
BS. She is going exactly as far as she should. She steps only over the bounds of PC, not good sense or good humor. IMHO.
Hey hey hey, where’s that other hand of yours, buddy?
It’s an insult to the Irish! He can’t be Irish! Drunk yes, Irish No!
She might be laughing at herself since Coulter is also an Irish surname. I’m laughing, and I’m part Irish.
According to Wikipedia, "Biden was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, the son of Joseph Robinette Biden Sr. (19152002) and Catherine Eugenia "Jean" Finnegan (19172010). He was the first of four siblings in an Irish Catholic family with roots in County Londonderry."
When I went to Ireland on my "roots" tour in 2000 or so, I was astounded and saddened at the knee-jerk Bush hatred and warmed-over leftism concerning America.
LOL! Seriously... Biden is “Irish”? (Irish heritage)
According to Ancestry.com, Coulter is a Scots name originating in Aberdeenshire, confined to the Scots migration area in Northern Ireland.
How could she have "good sense" if she was leaning last time towards Romney?
Look, I agree with much of what Ann says, but she can sometimes take it too far when she has a book to sell. But that's showbiz, I reckon.
Good job!
Bump to some Coulter junkies
Sunday night show on FNC, Coulter delivered the spot-on description of Biden in the broader context of his effectiveness and credibility... and his long, almost endless list of infamous gaffes...Thanks Suvroc10.
