Israel's military has killed a Palestinian identified as an operative aligned with Al Qaida
The military said Fares Ahmed Jaber was killed during a gun battle on Feb. 11 in the Gaza Strip. Fares was said to have been killed in an Israel Air Force strike as his squad prepared to attack an Israeli target near the northern Gaza Strip. "Fares Ahmed Jaber, who was killed in the IAF strike while preparing to carry out an attack in the area, was a global jihad operative," a military statement said.
The military employs the term "global jihad" to describe Palestinian operatives linked to or inspired by Al Qaida. The statement said Jaber was involved in numerous missile and rocket strikes in Israel.
"Fares was involved in firing rockets at Israeli communities in the northwestern Negev region in the past few months," the statement said. "Another militant, who was involved in an attempt to execute a terror attack was also targeted and injured."

One less mortar lobbing loser.
When the opposition owns the air, and they possess weapons that can pretty much obliterate anything, you can run, but you’ll just die tired.
Looks like his Huffie didn’t fare so well either.
This is why the Palistinians have had so much trouble getting their space program off the ground. Israel keeps hitting their researchers with rockets.
no loss
You just have to admire Israel, they know how to handle terrorists....Too bad our government is run by a bunch of candy arse liberals, quaking in their boots.
If youd like to be on or off, please FR mail me.
