WASHINGTON With much of his legislative agenda stalled in Congress, President Obama and his team are preparing an array of actions using his executive power to advance energy, environmental, fiscal and other domestic policy priorities.

At present I’m thinking 40% chance 2010 elections won’t happen. UN troops (aka China Army) will be pacifying US country side after state of emergency is declared for one reason or another. JMHO.
You mean martial law.
He better get his damn running shoes on when he pulls his crap, cuz at least 150 million Americans are going to come after him.
It’s good to be the King!
Seems to me every time the Obamanoid either opens his mouth or sits on a toilet he excercises his executive power....and the results are pretty much the same.
Some really uncomfortable parallels with Germany in the 1930s... This ideologue, socialist, and fascist is going to cause a lot of harm to this Country pushing his un-American and anti-American agenda.

Bump up!
The Constitution created Congress to rein in abuses by a President.
The current Congress is incapable and complicit, so there is no check on POTUS.
After Novemeber, there will be a Congress which can defuse the usurpation of authority we now have, which is beyond anything this country has witnessed.
Instead of We the People having the time to “fix things” in November, he is going to take away Congressional authority and with it our Representation. He knows We the People in November will be tossing his whole agenda out the window. As Rush Limbaugh said on 1/20/09...I hope he fails. 0bama realizes he has failed.
The Democrats had single power authority to ram anything they wanted through and didn't. Why? They didn't need Republicans to agree to any of it. They held a supermajority and still didn't get healthcare or Cap/Tax...why? Thousand page bills pushed the floor, no one reading them, and democrats beholden to a thug government couldn't get them passed. They couldn't stop they're own bickering behind closed doors. The reality is they could have had both pieces and much more and they have failed. And finally We the People caught onto their tactics.
So 0bama is taking the dictator option. Why and who is he beholden too? It sure ain't the American people or to his United States Oath of Office.
How does one stop such a tyrant? Challenging his executive orders in the courts will be too slow. We must focus on the State Governments, the 10th Amendment and our own individual Rights to ignore unConstitutional laws/orders. I don't know if the States are willing to push this and if it can be done without a civil war.
Almost all the States are fiscally bankrupt. I know Ohio is billions of dollars in debt to the Federal government for unemployment benefits, medicare, medicaid, stimulus funds, tarp. Ohio cutting off the Fed? Redistribution has stolen our Liberty. Democrats run Ohio and they are eager for more money. Ohio is enslaved to the Federal Government.
We are at a very, very dangerous time, a historic time, and a time that will call our courage to the forebear.
Ben Franklin was asked, “What have you wrought?”
...a Republic if you can keep it.
