The boy king unable to get the country to follow his suicidal socialist plans has decided to make policy by Issuing Proclamations.......
I hope this puts the final nails in the Monumental Failure that is Barry’s Presidency....
Basically declaring that he needs not Congress nor Senate nor even countrymen to run his country.
This is exactly the reason why 0 should be removed before his time is up and before he can ruin this country permanently. Let the berthers loose.
