Dale Robertson is a racist and a kook.
Robertson carried this n*gg*r sign at a Texas tea party in March of 2009 and was asked to leave But he wont go away.
Andrew Ian Dodge wrote about the Robertson problem at Pajamas Media:
Dale is very much not a hero to those who first encountered him in February of last year. He has been described as a fake, a con artist, and worse by frustrated tea party groups across the land. Houstons, in particular, is so upset at being associated with the man that they sent out the following press release:
1. He is NOT a member of our Leadership team.
2. He owns a website with which we have never been affiliated.
3. He has never been a part of organizing any of the Tea Party rallies in the Houston area, or any other area that we can find.
But, that wont stop liberal media hacks from repeating this lie and smearing the Tea Party movement.
Today TPM Muckraker used this racist Texan again to smear the tea party movement.
Warning: Tea Party In Danger: Leader Slams Palin As Wolf In Sheeps Clothing
A prominent Tea Party leader from Texas is warning that the movement is becoming nothing more than a wholly owned subsidiary of the Republican Party, and slamming Sarah Palin as representing a growing insiders attack to the heart of the Tea Party.
Dale Robertson, the founder of TeaParty.org, is just the latest Tea Partier to express concern that the movement is being hijacked by the GOP.

He must not be too smart since he can’t even spell it.
They only talk out of that...err...location because they've got their heads stuck up there.
You might say lying is their “native language”.
John 8:44
According to his web site, he started the organization and the web site back in 2004. If true, it’s hard to justify attacking him for horning in on the tea party movement.
“I found such a vehicle in the original intent of the 1773 Tea Party. In 2004 www.teaparty.org was created and I used that site to announce my one man protests in Washington. I incorporated my dream, filed paperwork for the name Tea Party and did everything I could to push the idea of a new American revolution, not of war, but of will, the will of the people. “
The photo on his website looks edited.
Actually, that’s what “the ruling class” intends for us - subservience and slavery.
Seriously, they both look “suspect” of being photoshopped.
He is covering his tracks.
Indeed...just speaking the language of their father.
10-1 he’s a lib plant...
So, where is the evidence that he is a “racist” and a “kook”. I have no evidence to the contrary, but we conservatives actually like to see evidence before we accuse people of being racists, right?
The sign was inappropriate, and stupid, but racist?
BTW, I notice that the last word on the sign is actually written on another piece of board, I assume taped onto the first. Did he decide to go for more impact, did he decide to change it to be spelled wrong so he wouldn’t be accused of using the n-word? Has anybody seen his explanation for that event?
I don’t know the history, but something about this just seems “off”.
I’ve seen nothing yet to suggest anybody has debunked his claim that he formed teaparty.org in 2004. Hard to see the liberals being so fore-sighted as to create an organization with the tea party name 5 years before the movement took off, just so they could make us look bad.
I found a reference that suggests he did register the site in 2004:

So again, it doesn’t look like he’s “late to the game” and “trying to take over the movement”.
Still haven’t found any posts on hot-air or elsewhere that indicate what makes him a racist, other than the sign.
BTW, I’m not arguing that he’s “prominent” or part of the current movement, or that he hasn’t been rejected. It’s just that some of the stories told about him either don’t jibe (like that he co-opted the movement when it appears he registered his name in 2004), or calling him a racist (unless there is more information than just the sign, which there could be, and I’d love to links to them).
Following the links on the original article indicate that this guy is a Ron Paul supporter. Just more evidence that we need to purge these Paulistinian kooks altogether; and, yes, that includes Alex Jones’ radio show regular, Rand Paul.

Using the “N” word is just a bad as a racist using the “W” word.
