Blagojevich: Purported Obama Emissaries Offered to Raise Money for Me If I Appointed Their Candidate

RodBlagojevich told Bill O'Reilly that purported Obama emissaries offered to raise a bunch of money around the country for him if he in return appointed a certain candidate that they were interested in. Appearing on FNC's O'Reilly Factor, Blagojevich admitted that the offer was made to his chief of staff at the time. While this may have the initial impression of a quite revealing and forthcoming interview with Blagojevich, such admissions were actually far and few between during the six-minute interview. Blagojevich actually spent much of the interview obstructing, stonewalling and ducking and dodging, which stood in severe contrast to what Bill O'Reilly famously calls the interview segments on the Factor: the No-spin Zone. Clearly, to the extremely bad comb over-possessing Blagojevich (Blago to his Chicago cronies), it didn't seem to matter where he was as he was going to do his darndest to weasel his way out of O'Reilly's tough questioning.

Liz, saw Blago on O’Reilly last night, he really believes what he’s saying. I just wish it would come out how corrupt Rahm is & bring the negativity this regime deserves! If this were Bush, he’d be crucified, die & be buried! If ‘his’ citizenship was even in doubt, he’d be gone!

I could not believe that Blagojevich would say this on O'Reilly's interview with him and O'Reilly went right over the top of it! I could not believe that he would not have made major issue out of this. If this is true Obama's people out right bribed him. This is a huge story, in my opinion, that Blagojevich admitted this. O'Reilly is pounding him for news breaking info and when he gets it he simply lets it slide by. Very strange indeed.

O'Reilly hammered and badgered Blago to the point of making an ass out of himself. Blago obviously was under constraints by his attorney not to let O'R bait and trap him into self-incriminatory slips. He kept his cool.

I hope Blago brings down Obama, Rahm, Daley, Fitzgerald AND O'Reilly.

They all suck.
