As for the "can't believe she would criticize him for using a teleprompter when she has crib notes on her hand"--uhh, there's a limited amount of information you can write on a human hand. It's just there to, well, prompt in case she loses her train of thought. He has to have a teleprompter to introduce people and to speak to sixth graders.

Anyone who’s ever had to give a speech will tell you there is a world of difference between having a few words, or notes written down on a 3.5 card, hand etc. and reading the speech verbatim off a teleprompter.
