This pamphlet has been circulated to Reps and Senators as a basis for formulating a new Contract for America. Read it and discuss what needs to be included in a new contract. I thought this is a good beginning and if they follow it we could have a very good election this fall. See the link below:
STOP illegal immigration and the STOP giving the anchor babies from illegals citizenship !!!!! STOP ACORN and other non-profit organizations from receiving tax-exempt status when they advocate for illegals, a particular party and/or agenda.Make Mexico and other countries pay for the money we have spent on housing,medical and welfare on their own citizens. Stop giving our money to aid other countries that simply misuse our money :D
Under “our challenges” there should be some mention of the fact that current elected officials in Washington seem to be deaf to what their constituents (voter/taxpayers) try to express to them. Our challenge is to elect people who will truly represent us. Dishonesty among politicians these days is so rampant, that there is always a risk believing anything said during the campaigns.
No mention of the individual right to keep and bear arms. Evidently that’s not part of the new world order. None of this means jack if we do not have the fully acknowledged, non-negotiable and inalienable right to defend ourselves ourelves against individual and institutional tyranny.

And when does this come into effect?
There are 3 generations of people here who have an illegal for a grandparent
right away. I am going to be honest one of my parents came illegally here I assimilated and love America but most of these kids dont really assimilate.Why give them automatic citizenship when their loyalty is to their “home country”?

The amendment was never designed to grant citizenship to children of illegals simply because the children were born on US soil. The author of the amendment stated as much. It has been improperly interpreted for years. Illegals are not "subject to the jurisdiction" therefore their children should not be granted citizenship.
I did not see an affirmation of the Second Amendment in there. Maybe I missed it?
I don’t trust the Feds anymore, I don’t necessarily trust our states, but I do trust the need to compete between the states bought about by the breaking of the Federal governments ability to bail them out or distribute money to them.
Sorry but unless they increase support for TRUE federalism to more then just 1 small line, I don’t have any reason to believe in any of theses political promises. There is no way we the people can enforce them practically on a big monopoly Federal government.
I don’t trust politicians I only trust human nature, when and only when it is setup as to enable us to force compliance thou competition.

End free everything and anything for immigrants - legal and illegal.
Revise the legal immigration program to attract those who will strengthen America and want to become Americans.
Eliminate favoritism for those who will be nothing but a burden on society and those who come here to impose their values on Americans.
Outlaw racial favoritism and preferences of all kinds.
End the food stamp program and re-institute the old food commodities program for the needy.
Outlaw school unions.
Stop federal government money flowing into the school system - its nothing but a way for the feds to take over another responsibility of the states and local communities.
End the Obama scheme to forgive college loan debt and eliminate government school loans entirely. (why should hard working taxpayers pay to send the children of other people to college? Let them work their way through and/or borrow money from private lenders)
Get the federal government out of the loan and mortgage business entirely.
Require a balanced budget every year and stop the unscrupulous practice of declaring some expenditures and obligations “off budget”.
Stop all funding for groups like ACORN.
End the “motor voter” laws.
Require a valid ID to vote or to run for public office.

I agree will all yer points Iron they need to end all theses things, unconditionally, and immediately.
Most of it can take the form of simply KILLING THE FEDERAL MONEY!
This is important even thou many of our states will complain about suddenly having to fully finance the education system. They need to be made clear that this is the only way for the States to retain control permanently, and its demanded by our constitution.
To that end State Taxes in many if not most States may need to go up a little bit, while the Federal taxes go down.
Its a good thing in that it is a decentralization of government not an expansion of government.
The reduction of government will have to come as a product of the market forces between the states. In general big government states will fail and lose business cause government cant do anything efferently, where as small government states will reap the rewards of freedom.
Don’t tell the liberals but Class warfare will become increasingly difficult as a direct result. You wont be able to so easily uses the masses voting power to rob the minority(including but not limited to the so called “rich”) rights, with out risking that minority simply leaving and taking their money and business with them.
In short equality is a factor of basic economics.
Rename, repackage, rewrite it a tad smaller, and sell another pig in a poke.
Tennessee has joined several other states in trying to pass a Health Care Freedom Act. NO COLAs for granny, retired Military or retired fed employees. BIG NEW fees for Tricare for Life retired over 65 Military's secondary health ins. (DOD bill already passed, delayed but goes into effect 2011)
New Dem mantra: Woof, woof eat dog food granny....ala let them eat cake.
