As a member of our local Northern Pinellas County 9-12 Group, in Florida, we have held many demonstrations at a very busy street corner on Saturday mornings. The 9-12 Groups, first initiated by Glen Beck, have ignited like wild fires all around the nation as a way for like minded Americans to learn about their nation’s history and our governmental rights. The political pressure of the Tea Party and 9-12 groups on our more liberal thinking neighbors must be taking its toll as their totally unexplainable reactions to our signs is becoming more and more exaggerated.
Can someone please explain why any clear thinking American would shout obscenities at signs which only enforced the desire for continued FREEDOM for our country? Why would someone shoot the middle finger salute at a sign requesting enforcement of the Constitution?
In the movie “Brave Heart”, viewers thought it was a moving and wonderful thing that the Mel Gibson character screamed “FREEDOM” as he died. To William Wallace it was worth his life. To our forefathers it was worth their lives. To our service members now, it is worth their lives. Sadly to the people who drive down the road, and yell obscenities, it is an adversarial concept. They are incapable of relating any type of adjustment, let alone sacrifice, to their lives. It is much more dramatic and honorable when it is someone else who gives the “pound of flesh” for these driver's right to be crude. I wonder if they will have regrets when it is all gone. Probably not, these are the takers and followers. They will never think it through that far.
The Liberal Media and Democrats have a lot of labels for those of us who are trying to reclaim our government for this nation that we love. They say that we are negative. Let me point out that we are not negative at all. We are PRO FREEDOM. We are PRO CONSTITUTION. We are PRO FUTURE for our children. As it is going now, we will have none of these very soon. Please think about this the next time you drive by me with my sign. I am trying to save your FREEDOM too.
Because the Communists have successfully brainwashed them in the public schools and the media, that's why. You can bet your bottom dollar that if these very same people could look into the future and see what the Left has in store for them that they'd come running to the right faster than Barak Obama can tell a lie, (and that's fast). They need to be educated with the truth, and it's never too late, but we have our work cut out for us. Keep up the good work, it won't be for naught.
