p>The Talk Shows
Sunday, February 7th, 2010
Guests to be interviewed today on major television talk shows:
FOX NEWS SUNDAY (Fox Network): Former Gov. Sarah Palin, R-Alaska; Mark Skoda, a talk radio host who helped organize the National Tea Party Convention in Nashville, Tenn.
MEET THE PRESS (NBC): John Brennan, President Barack Obama's top counterterrorism adviser; former Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson; former Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan; Ed Gillespie, former Bush White House counselor; Dee Dee Myers, former press secretary for President Bill Clinton.
FACE THE NATION (CBS): NFL commissioner Roger Goodell.
THIS WEEK (ABC): Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner.
STATE OF THE UNION (CNN): Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton.
Exactly. All these comments about the 'whiteness' of the tea parties, but NEVER any comments about the lock-step support of the black community for Barack Obama; based solely on his skin color. Give me a break...
LOL. Sarah agrees with Rush that liberals are kooks.
Yep, all predictable actions by a group desperate to hang on to power.
Sarah’s honesty sells in the conservative country. At least she has the guts to speak up without caring much about the consequences. She even said Roger Ailes of Fox could fire her. People support Sarah because she is not afraid to cut through the bull. When the MSM tries to discredit her they help her.
Comeon now, McCain chose Palin. Carter, I’ll bet, wished he never heard the name Reagan.
At one time, I don’t know about now, almost half of young black males were “in” prison or “had been”,a staggering statistic.
Sarah manages to be forceful and charming at the same time.
Exactly, the more hate the left generates for Sarah the bigger and better she becomes for us!
Paulson on MTP - the economy is clearly recovering....great confidence in private sector. One factor that would help would be more “certainty” from the govt.
Greenspan - jobs are created by having something to do. (wow, deep!)
We are sick of the same old talking points from party hacks.
Sarah at least says some things we are all thinking. It is a refreshing to hear something different on the tube.
It will be interesting to see and carefully parse what Sarah actually SAYS on the stump for McCain. If she were as devious as I am, she would simply lay out traditional conservative principles and mention that John was a P.O.W.
Then leave it to the Senator to fit himself into that framework,
MTP was True waste of an hour of broadcast time,IMHO.

Thanks for your sacrifice and the comprehensive report!
That is mind boggling.
The Fruit of the Boom bomber would have not only brought down the airliner over a populated area, the result would hav eshut down the transportation system over the Christmas holiday and stranded millions.
This Administration is a clear and present danger to America.
Hey what time is the super bowl party?
I made a point of watching Sarah Palin's speech, because her speech at the convention was so good I wasn't sure she could repeat it. She did, and without a huge staff, sets and lights, or a huge crowd.
She definitely is a major political force. And I was SO happy to hear her spot on points about national security and intelligence!
I agree. The current Republican crop couldn't have made that speech, with the exception of Colonel West down in Florida.
Might I also recommend support for Adam Kitzinger in the Illinoi 11th. Five tours of Iraq and Afghanistan, saved a woman in Milwaukee who was being attacked by a guy with a knife, and endorsed by Red State and the Tea Party people.
Also, a darn nice-looking guy! LOL!
I said it before: we need warriors, not squishes. Sarah is a warrior. That's why she strikes a chord with all of us.
