As Israel keeps threatening the regional countries with war, Egyptian maritime sources say the Israeli navy has deployed two missile ships to the Persian Gulf.
Citing the sources, Yediot Ahronot reported Saturday that two Israeli missile ships passed through the Suez Canal en rout to the Red Sea on Thursday morning.
The sources said the ships are expected to reach the Persian Gulf within the next four days.
According to the report, Cairo adopted tight security measures to ensure the safe passage of the Israeli ships through the canal.

That’s HOT LIPS, not Loose Lips...hehehe
Depends on who has the keys to the locks...[snicker]
YAY! It’s not from DEBKA.
I have a friend who did Naval submarine training with Iranians back in ‘76.
He said they wore our uniforms but everything was upside down. (including the flag)
There are still a number of them here in the United States. For example, I work with a kid from Iran who is a fine individual who I am proud to call friend.
The truth is that here on FR there is way too much stereotyping of entire populations based on the actions of a relatively small minority of nutjobs. It’s way too easy for some that frequent FR to sit here in their pajamas talking about nuking this or that country. I am convinced that if the folks here who think that way were put in a situation where they had to work alongside these people, they’d find that they have a lot in common with them, and perhaps more in common with them than the libtards that seem to be increasing in numbers here. At the end of the day, most people just want to be able to work, support their family, and be left in peace.
In fact, the people of Iran were until very recently considered very pro-Western. Unfortunately, one of the negatives of the Iraq war was that it gave the religious nutjobs in power over there a real boost - right about the time that it was looking like they might be overthrown. Add to that the complete lack of support from both Obama AND Bush during several secular uprisings, and it’s not too surprising things are the way they are over there.
“Loose lips sink ships.”
That had a reasonable success when short wave radio was the only means of transmitting physically observed information.
Satellite imagery changed that.
The Key Master, of course.
Yup. The lock masters, techs, and security people are entitled to dream about the after-life land of nuts and olives, and green pastures with cool waters surrounded by 72 virgin goats. Or is that 72 Virginians with goatees? I can never keep it straight. Help me out here.

Now you know.
Shhhh... do not tell them about all the subs that passed thru at the same time
always fun to stir the pot.
There are no locks on the Suez Canal. It’s sea level the whole way.
Since there are no locks and "no" can be associated with "un" would it be safe to say the Suez Canal is really a key that un locks...???
Psalm 83 war on the way?
I dont mean this in a bad way, but you have never been through the canal, have you? You cant go through without the world knowing.
Israeli submarine(s)through Suez Canal 07/03/09!

My mistake.

Thanks, well then, time for the gratuitous insult, beyond Islam being nothing more than a military and quasi-governmental movement of fraud for cowardly perverts, abusers and murders created by human debris and two bit thug known as Mohammad who claims to represent a Moon God, which in reality represents pure evil the likes of many throughout history.
Now for some good humor; Whats the biggest insult to a real Persian? Call them an Arab. Yet, alas most are just Arabs with big ego and twisted cult!

Looks like cairo is on board or this move through the canal would not be. Interesting......
