Absolutely! The girl couldn't be any more obvious if she had posted a warning for it.

Lede sentence: "A stung U.S. Sen. Scott Brown lashed out..."

OTOH: "Kennedy (D-R.I.) told The Hill’s Blog Briefing Room yesterday..."
"The son of former U.S. Sen. Edward M. Kennedy, whose seat Brown is now filling, added..."
Blah, blah, blah, "Kennedy is quoted as saying"...

"Brown has denied any hidden agenda..."

Don't forget "stung" and "hit back".

Between the headline and 1st sentence, a reader not familiar with the Senator and the lush would get the impression that the lush beat up the Senator, and the Senator made a flailing attempt at retribution while a couple of girl scouts called a wahbulance for him.

Until you see the picture of same lush, mortified that the Senator came to visit in person, and just about to cause the lush to lose yet another very short battle with his bladder....

It’s unfortunate that he would use mean-spirited comments

love that Brown used the words, "mean spirited," as the Dems often use that to describe Repubs...
