Yes, I heard Maltzberg say that on Kuhner's show today. My guess is that the Foxie brass is putting pressure on Hannity not to let Maltzberg on his show because they are fearful that Maltzberg is a "birther" and too much of a "loose cannon." Every talk show host and programming staffer on FOX has been told, from what I hear, not to question O's constitutional qualifications on the air and so they are choosing their guests accordingly. It all boils down to the simple fact that FOXie honcho Rupert Murdoch doesn't want to irritate O's FCC, who have control over the broadcasting licenses for Murdoch's many television outlets.
And that, right there, is a glaring example of why we need to find a way to hold government accountable to the rule of law. If the FCC can be henchmen for Obama (or whoever is president), then what executive agency couldn’t be used as a weapon against the citizenry? We HAVE to get a handle on this.
Every time something is screwy with my computer I realize that we have no controls over what the “communications czar” can or can’t do with my computer or my access to websites. There’s no inspector general. And even if there was, we’ve seen what Obama does with inspectors general...
We HAVE to shine a spotlight on what’s been going on - the criminal endeavors this administration has been doing and how even the so-called conservative media has totally sucked up to Obama on this one issue.
BS.
It has to do with the smallness of Hannity.
Fox could easily tell Malzberg that they do not want him to touch, in any way, upon the birth certificate issue, and that if someone else brings it up he should just ignore it. The guy is a professional. (Even an amateur like me has been told not to talk about Vince Foster on a very famous radio show, and I knew to comply or never be heard again.)
