The question for the rest of us is how this thing can break open. The folks in Hawaii have been trying to hold off this storm for a long time - breaking laws to do so - but their actions have now been documented to the point that if we had so much as one law enforcement body which was willing to investigate, the dam would surely burst open.
How do we get one law enforcement body to do their job?
