“When the Hawaii Deputy AG refuses to confirm Fukino’s statement of Obama’s eligibility, you know there is big trouble brewing for Obama.”

That was the kicker I read. Seems that they want to come clean and not get dragged down with the ship.

I understood Fukino's statement relied on a representation not identified, that is, Pelosi's pre-election certification of Barry being qualified constitutionally, which, of course, is not the same as a full BC showing NBC status. Such a thing is called misrepresentation and under this circumstance, a government employee--even a Democrat--wouldn't you know it?--should at a minimum lose his or her job!

I doubt anyone wants to make clearer what Fukino did, as making further disclosure is not in their job description or required of them legally. It would also likely bring a certain "attention" to the person making such a disclosure.
