I doubt anyone wants to make clearer what Fukino did, as making further disclosure is not in their job description or required of them legally. It would also likely bring a certain "attention" to the person making such a disclosure.

Actually, it is required that they disclose any records on which the statements were based, as well as any record of communications deliberating what to do once the decision has been made.
They’ve been breaking laws right and left though. I hate to keep posting this, but I want to make sure everybody has a chance to see what’s going on. If we can pass it around we can get the word out even without the MSM or conservative media, which it looks like we’re going to have to do.

For further cover, Fukino's statement was published on the same day as Neil Abercrombie's non-binding H. 593 Statehood Resolution, Hawaii's 50th anniversary which passed the House congressional vote.
Fukino press release, July 27, 2009 about Obama birth certificate, Health director,
In the 3rd paragraph of the congressional resolution it states
" Whereas the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama, was born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961;"
July 27th, 2009. House passes Hawaii Statehood resolution
Obama needs Congress to state Obama was born in Hawaii? It's laughable. Obama can show your birth certificate if it's really true for the cost of $12 dollars.
