Judge to decide whether Obama's (illegal alien) aunt can stay in U.S.

A federal immigration judge will decide Thursday whether President Obama's aunt, who has been in the United States illegally for years, will be allowed to stay.

Zeituni Onyango, 57, applied for political asylum in 2002, citing violence in her native Kenya. She is the half-sister of the president's late father.

I think the judge will end up letting her stay. The judge will claim that since Obama is president she would be at risk in Kenya.

How about letting the law decide? I bet it is pretty clear on the issue.

And they love Obama in Kenya and cite his birth there. How would she be in danger? She could give tours of his birthhut and sell tshirts.
